Research shows driving when talking on hand held mobile phone will crash four times more likely than hands free. Some people still use their mobile phone when they driving their car. The government thinks is dangerous and not safe. From now using the mobile phone when driving will cost you 3 points and fined £60. The penalty should stop drivers using the device.
